We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was very close to the cable car that takes you up to the mountain for skiing. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were amazing; we enjoyed the spa and the kids playroom. Furthermore, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great food and friendly staff. the breakfast had a wide range of fresh fruits and berries, and the vegetable juice was a nice touch. the dinner menu was varied, and all the dishes we had were excellent. the staff was always smiling and went out of their way to be helpful. the indoor pool/spa area was clean and relaxing.

The room we stayed in was a bit basic, with no tea or coffee making facilities available. the location was a bit inconvenient, with the ski bus being the only easy way to get around.

The food served is of exceptional quality and has an extensive variety of dishes on offer. the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is near many attractions and easily accessible by bus.

The amenities provided at this hotel are pretty basic, lacking some standard facilities such as tea-making facilities and refrigerators in the rooms. the language barrier can be an issue as some staff members speak limited English.
